You may be eligible to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational medication in individuals with type 2 diabetes, who are also at risk of heart disease. Qualified participants will receive study related care and investigational study medication for your diabetes for up to eight years. You may also be reimbursed for your time and travel.



You may qualify if you have type 2 diabeles and heart problems or type 2 diabes and:



♦ High blood presure

♦ High cholesterol

♦ Kidney disease

♦ Poor circulation

♦ Problems with retina of your eye

♦ History of cigarette smoking

♦ History of stroke
